The patient came with complains of left sciatica for more more than 6 months with severe weak dorsi and planterflexion all toes left foot. MRI performed showing extrusion of L3-4 left side with downward migration of the disc material with segmental stenosis L4-5 and left S1 root compression. The patient unable to walk. The patient was operated: Laminectomy L3-4-5 was done with discectomy of the L3-4 left side with foraminotomy of both left L4 and S1 root foraminotomy.
