Anamnesis
The patient came to Shmaisani Hospital after RTA
20-February-2005 with unstable fracture L1 with weak both
lower limbs with inability to pass urine. The patient was
checked for other injuries and was operated the next day.
Skeletonization of D11-12-L1-L2 was performed and using
transpedicular screws , reduction through distraction and fixation
was applied.
Follow Up
The patient came to the clinic
05-December-2005 walking and voiding normally.
He had only hypalgesia of the right S1 root.
Comments
The patient has unstable fracture with dislocation. Surgical
correction and stabilization is mandatory.
Skyra MRI with all clinical applications in the run since 28-Novemeber-2013.
Inomed Riechert-Mundinger System, with three point
fixation is the most accurate system in the market. The microdrive and
its sensor gives feed back about the localization.
