The patient came with right sided sciatica and almost drop right foot and scoliotic stance and limping for more than three months. MRI performed in Egypt showing huge extrusion L4-5 central with more to the right . Right L4-5 hemiflavotomy done, foraminotomy right L5 root performed and right sided cleaning of L4-5 disc space achieved. The power of the right foot recovered promptly after surgery.
