The patient started to complain of pain both lower limbs for 3 months with gradual weakness of both lower limbs more the left. He suffered several falls during walking due to weakness and ataxic gait. MRI showed a meningioma behind the body of D10, occupying the entire cavity with matrix originating from the left side . The patient was operated accordingly and the right lower limb rapidly improved with slight deterioration of the strength of the left lower limb.  During the stay in the hospital  3-June-2005 the power of the left lower limb improved dramatically. The tumor was resected totally.
