The patient after falling down from 4-5 meter height, go fracture-dislocation C4-5 with locked facet and complete paraplegia below C4 level. The patient was observed for other vital signs and was operated after several hours of observation. Open reduction with anterior fixation after removing the fragmented disc material at C4-5 level. The patient is covered with solumedrol 1 gm  daily.
