45 YEARS CHRONIC EXTRUSION OF L5-S1 DISC WITH DOWNWARD MIGRATION
LEFT SIDE
The patient start to complain of intermittent LBP for several years and left sciatica took place the last three months. Weak dorsi and planterflexion all toes left foot were noticed with hypalgesia let S1 territory. The patient was operated and removal of the extrusion was performed. Slight cleaning of the disc space was undertaken. The patient was seen in the clinic with improvement of her clinical signs in 18-May-2005.
