The patient came with complain of severe back pain with let sciatica for 4 months with drop left foot and hypalgesia left L5 root territory. MRI performed, showing L4-5 left lateral recess syndrome . She was operated and the facet and the ligamentous structures were severely compressing the left L5 root. The power of the left foot improved after surgery.
