The patient after RTA 4
months ago was in the ICU for one month. He started to improve
and MRI of the brain done 01-June-2005 showed bilateral widening of
the subarachnoid spaces symmetrical both convexities. MRI performed
31-July-2005 showed huge bilateral chronic subdural haematomas
more the right side. On examination there was weak distal
muscles right upper lower limbs. The left foot have weakness
more than right. The patient underwent bilateral burr
hole evacuation and cleaning with subsequent insertion of the
drain for 24-36 hours.
