05-MAY-2005  BELAL KHADER ALI 43 YEARS  HUGE EXTRUDED DISC L5-S1 RIGHT DOWNWARD MIGRATION

 

The patient is a previous champion in athletics and managing his trainer job with active involvement. 40 days ago he felt down during exercise  and got severe right sciatica with inability to walk and almost drop right foot and severe weak planterflexion  with hypalgesia right L5 root and analgesia right S1 root territory. The patient was operated and the extrusion removed. The disc space was not violated. The patient came 19-May-2005 with considerable improvement and still having mild weak dorsiflexion right foot and hypalgesia right S1 territory.
