The patient came to the clinic 18-March-2006 complaining of neck
pain for 6 months with both shoulders pain. MRI performed
02-March-2006 showing PCD C5-6 with extrusion and left upward
migration. On examination, the patient had weak extension and
triceps left upper limb with hypalgesia of the index finger left
hand. The patient was advised to undergo surgery.
The patient was operated and discectomy C5-6 was performed and
the extrusion was removed and the dura was seen in the entire left
side of the free disc space.
