Anamnesis
The patient came to the clinic
24-July-2002 complaining of neck pain with right
cephalgia for 2 years with left upper limb pain
and numbness left ulnar distribution. The
condition is deteriorating with fainting attacks
for 2 months. The patient receiving L-thyroxin.
On examination: The patient has neck pain when
rotating the head to all directions. There is
horizontal nystagmus when looking to the left. There is weak grip,
extension left hand 3/5 and the left triceps
muscle 3/5. Hypalgesia left ulnar distribution.
Through anterior approach, using the C-arm the level of C4-5 identified
and discectomy with osteophytectomy was
performed until the dura was seen at the bottom
of the created disc space. The extruded pieces
to the left and right foramens were removed. The dura was
relax. Routine
closure of the wound.
Smooth postoperative recovery.
The power of the left upper limb normalized.
She was sent to the ward.
Follow Up
The patient came to the clinic 09-September-2002
with clean wound and full power of the left
upper limb and no radicular pain with no sensory
deficit.
the patient then came 09-July-2003 complaining
of right occipital neuralgia and local injection
with Doprofos with Xylocain given.
Skyra MRI with all clinical applications in the run since 28-Novemeber-2013.
