The patient came to the clinic complaining of pain both lower limbs and LBP for more than 2 years. The condition gradually deteriorated, that he became unable to walk more than 100 meter. The patient was operated and decompressive laminectomy L3&4 was done and partially L2 and L5. Foraminotomy both L4 and L5 was achieved. Postoperative course was uneventful. The patient regained the strength of both feet.
