The patient started to complain of LBP with
right sciatica for several months. Exacerbation of the right
sciatica took place the last three months with almost drop right
foot. On examination the patient was in agonizing pain and severe
weak dorsi and planterflexion all toes right foot with hypalgesia of
both right L5 and S1 territories. Right sided L4-5 hemiflavotomy
with foraminotomy of right L5 root was performed and removal of the
huge extrusion was performed with right sided cleaning of the disc
space.
