The patient using crutches for 4
years . The last 5 weeks cannot walk. She has right sciatica for 15
years. On examination, she has bilateral drop feet with severe
weak planterflexion both feet and weak quadriceps femoris both lower
limbs 3/5. Urgency and frequency for several months. MRI lumbar
spine done showing severe LCS L2-3, 3-4, 4-5 and L5-S1. The patient
was admitted and decompressive laminectomy of L2-3-4-5 was
done and foraminotomy for all right L3,4,5 and S1 roots was
performed.
