The patient came to the clinic 10-April-2005 complaining of LBP for 7 months and right sciatica for 6 days. SLRS right side was 30 degrees with
absent AJ right side, hypalgesia of the right S1 territory with weak dorsi and planterflexion of all toes right foot. MRI done and showed a huge extruded disc L5-S1 right side with downward migration. The patient underwent surgery and the extrusion was removed in one piece.
