The patient was operated 3 months ago for severe CCS with OPLL with quadriparesis. The upper limbs improved, but the lower limbs continued to deteriorate, that she actually using wheelchair. The patient was operated and laminectomy of L2,3,4 and partially of L1 and L5 was performed. Foraminotomy of both L2.3.4 and 5 roots was achieved. The patient showed improvement of the power of the left leg, but drop right foot still persisting.
