Comments
The mass was movable to the sides, but
nor up and down, for what schwannoma was suspected.
Anamnesis
The patient came to the
clinic 24-March-2003 complaining of growing mass
in the volar aspect of the right elbow.
On examination: the mass is movable not painful
and localized at the trajectory of the median
nerve, for what schwannoma was suspected.
Porjectional incision over the
mass. Using pressure the mass came out and it was
lipoma without any attachment to neural structures. Routine closure of
the wound
Smooth postoperative recovery.
She was sent to the ward.
Follow Up
The patient came to the clinic 21-April-2003
with clean wound.
Skyra MRI with all clinical applications in the run since 28-Novemeber-2013.
