The patient came 03-July-2005 with crutches for 8 days due to severe LBP and bilateral sciatica, more the right. On examination, the patient had scoliotic stance with weak dorsiflexion all toes right foot. He was sent to MRI the same day and it showed extrusion of the L4-5 disc with further deterioration in comparison to that one performed 10-June-2004. Bilateral flavotomy with foraminotomy both L5 roots were performed and bilateral cleaning L4-5 disc space was done.
