The patient came with complain of
inability to use his right hand due to silent function of the right
median nerve and malfunction of the ulnar nerve with rigidity and
stiff all fingers joints. The patient had a lump at the scar area
and when trying to grip the hand, traction of the scar took place.
Exploration of both nerves revealed before the neurolysis silent
response to electrical stimulation of the median nerve. After
neurolysis, the median nerve start to show response of the thenar
group of muscles and CT-release was performed. All the scars of the
surrounding anatomical structures was performed and manipulation of
all the joins was done, so that full range of all joints was
achieved.
