The patient started to complain of LBP for more than three months and came to the clinic one month ago with agonizing pain and right sciatica and almost drop right foot. She is a doctor with known LE and previous attack of pulmonary manifestations and she is under treatment with immuran and cortisone. She was operated and almost all the disc material was extruding with sequesters outside the disc space. Considering that she is overweighed, it was decided not to touch the disc material inside the disc space. The opening through which the slipping occurred was very small.
