The patient was exposed to RTA 10-April-2005, after what she progressed paraplegia at the level of D5 . Investigations showed unstable fracture of Th 5 and 6 with multiple rib fractures and extrapleural bilateral hematoma and multiple abrasions of the eyes and face. The patient after ruling out other major complications was operated and transpedicular fixation after reduction-distraction was applied.
