MANSOUR 41 YEARS PLD L4-5 WITH WIDE-BASED EXTRUSION AND LEFT
SCIATICA.
The patient started to complain of left sciatica with LBP for three weeks with weak dorsiflexion all toes left foot. The patient during examination had pronounced scoliotic stance with agonizing pain. MRI showed wide-based extrusion, more prominent in the left side. Bilateral flavotomy with bilateral foraminotomy to both L5 roots was achieved. Bilateral cleaning of the disc space and removal of the extrusion was done.
