The patient came to the clinic
30-August-2005 complaining of bilateral sciatica for three years.
The last year deteriorated and could not walk more than 50 meter
with intermittent claudication. On examination she had SLRS
limitation to 70 degrees right side with hypalgesia right L5
and S1 root. She had weak dorsi and planterflexion right foot. OA
both knees more the left. MRI done 31-August-2005 showing PLD L4-5
and L5-S1 with foraminal compression of the right L5 root. The
patient was operated and discectomy L4-5 from the right and right
foraminotomy both right L5 and S1 was performed. The patient the
next day showed normal power of her right foot.
