YEARS BILATERAL CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME.
Anamnesis
The patient came to the clinic
02-November-2003 complaining of LBP with
bilateral CTS more the left.
On examination: the patient complaining of
numbness of both hands awakening her during the
night more the left. EMG done showing entrapment
of the median nerves, more the left.
Under local analgesia using
Xylocain, Left carpal tunnel release done
FOLLOW UP
The patient came to the clinic
22-November-2003 with clean wound
and no numbness of the first 3 fingers of the left
hand.
Comments
The in most case of
bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome, releasing the
most affected side, bringing improvement the
other side after several months.
Skyra MRI with all clinical applications in the run since 28-Novemeber-2013.
