The patient came to the clinic 10 days ago with agonizing neck and right upper limb radicular pain with weak grip, extension of the right hand and triceps right upper limb. The patient due to the severe pain got MI , for what he underwent cath and
stinting for the occluded braches of the left coronary artery. 2 stents were installed. The agonizing pain continued and MRI showed a migrating piece to the right C6-7 foramen, for what he was operated 25-March-2005. Through anterior approach after discectomy the migrating piece was seen and removed. The patient immediately after operation regained power and disappearance of his shooting pain.
