The patient had injury to his right elbow 1973 with malunion at the lateral epicondyle. He was in good condition after another injury to the same place took place one year ago after what he got localized and neuralgia like pains in the territory of the ulnar nerve. The mobile fragment was irritating the nerve and compressing it. Surgical removal of the loose bone and refreshing the bony surfaces was performed.
