The patient came with complain of
severe neck pain with radicular syndrome to the left upper limb with
weak grip and extension left hand with the left triceps muscle and
hypalgesia of the thumb of the left hand for three weeks. MRI showed
huge extrusion of C5-6 with left sided location. The patient was
operated the next morning and the radicular signs disappeared
promptly after surgery and the power normalized, but the tingling
sensation of the thumb decreased in intensity.
